In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager to support the continued growth and transformation of RELEX’s commercial organization to lead high-impact initiatives delivered to support our global go-to-market (GTM) teams including sales, business development and alliances. 

This role has a strong project management focus. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a portfolio of sales operations projects, delivered together with systems and operations experts, ensuring initiatives are well-scoped, prioritized, delivered, and adopted by the business. Projects vary from large process and systems implementations and piloting AI in GTM processes to vendor evaluations, renewals, and business case building for new ones. 

In parallel, you will bring deep sales operations expertise, acting as a trusted partner to Sales leadership on topics such as process design, planning, and evaluation of performance impact of new initiatives. Your strong expertise in modern GTM processes enables you to act as the subject-matter expert for some of the projects you also manage.

  • Lead sales operations projects end-to-end, from problem definition and planning through execution and rollout 
  • Own project management, resourcing, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across a portfolio of initiatives 
  • Build and develop project management practices and delivery models to enhance the work of whole global sales operations department 
  • Support in change management and adoption, ensuring project deliverables deliver real business impact 
  • Partner with Sales, leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve commercial effectiveness 
  • Foster strong collaboration across regions and functions in a global enterprise SaaS environment 

What you’ll bring to the table

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Project Management, Revenue Operations, or a closely related field 
  • Proven experience leading various types of projects or programs, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and prioritize effectively 
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior commercial leaders 
  • Understanding of enterprise sales processes, GTM models, and commercial metrics 

What we consider an advantage

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS environments 
  • Formal project management experience or certification 
  • Experience leading change initiatives in global organizations 
  • Expertise of GTM systems implementations (e.g. Salesforce, sales enablement, CPQ or compensation management systems) 
  • Background in sales planning, forecasting, territory design, or sales performance analytics
