As Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) in our Sales Enablement team you will play a key role at our location in Augsburg, Frankfurt Main or London!

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing operational support to the global sales team in day-to-day operations (including developing prospect lists and coordinating and tracking sales activities in detail)
  • Managing, monitoring and analysing sales KPIs in Salesforce, and identifying necessary actions
  • Ensuring data, process and quality standards (including meeting notes, client engagement and preparation of roadshows)
  • Continuous optimisation of sales processes and structures; application of automation (including AI)
  • Collaboration on and leadership of sales and business projects, particularly regarding the expansion of Salesforce as a central client and business intelligence platform

What we look for

  • A successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
  • 3–5 years’ professional experience in sales management or a comparable role within a global B2B environment, ideally with experience in the real estate/real asset industry
  • A very good understanding of sales processes, KPIs, reporting and data-driven management
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and BI dashboards
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in CRM automation and the application of AI is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative
  • Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality and a client-excellence mindset
  • Excellent command of German and English
