Job Description

Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a role that blends technical expertise with interpersonal collaboration? We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Operations & Salesforce Specialist to manage and optimize our sales tools, support business processes, and foster seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage and update Salesforce CRM and associated sales order processing tools (ESOP, ASOP, ISOP) with sales contracts.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a go-to expert for Salesforce business processes, assisting sales teams with contract validation, invoicing issues, floorplan updates, and more.
  • Product Setup: Support the configuration of products, including events, sponsorships, and digital offerings.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Customer Service and Event Operations teams to address customer data and event floorplan queries.
  • Customer Handover: Ensure a smooth post-sale transition by collaborating with the Customer Service Team.
  • Rebook Activities: Assist with pre-show and onsite rebook efforts, ensuring accuracy across Salesforce, ESOP, and Expocad sales figures.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Support administrative tasks like preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations for budget and strategy meetings.

Qualifications

Qualities for Success:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Confident, personable, and highly enthusiastic.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to proactively address and resolve internal customer queries.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong data analysis and manipulation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • A background in the B2B or B2C events industry is a plus.
