Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in the Midlands. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills and deadline management to collaborate effectively with various teams to support business to business development. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for specific accounts, our social media presence, organizing events and supporting our sales team win more business in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our regional marketing materials and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop messaging and engagement sequences for account engagement.
  • Curate and create content for targeted accounts.
  • Support our local B2B social media messaging to enhance regional brand presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with and be a resource to the District Sales Teams to support business development and ensure continuous growth.
  • Utilise strong communication skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Perform tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Duties:

  • Collaborate to deliver tailored value propositions which address the specific needs of different roles and positions within target accounts.
  • Equip the sales team with messaging and content to engage with our targeted accounts.
  • Develop an engagement strategy which includes optimal contact frequency and implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure account interactions.
  • Support on bid management with copy writing and deliver best in class bid responses.
  • Ensure accurate data and be a subject matter expert on MS Dynamics CRM.

Additional assignments may include:

  • Manage weekly sales meetings and organize sales events.
  • Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules.
  • Qualification and segmentation of sales leads.
  • Utilize sales dashboard reporting and internal tools to support field sales.
  • Take on additional assignments as required.

The role is based in our office in Birmingham or East Midlands.

Qualifications

Qualifications and pre requisites:

  • Proven experience in targeted marketing, social media management, and sales support
  • Strong communication and deadline management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and job functions.
  • The role is based in our office in Birmingham or East Midlands.
  • Ability to travel between the two sites once per week.
