As a Sales Operations Analyst based in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Workable’s go-to-market teams. You’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales compensation processes, drive operational excellence, and help optimize performance through actionable insights and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Own end-to-end commission calculations (monthly, quarterly, annual) and prepare accurate commission statements
  • Resolve commission discrepancies and support the design and documentation of compensation plans
  • Build and maintain go-to-market (GTM) process documentation and playbooks
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications for Revenue Operations (RevOps)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support the rollout and adoption of sales tools, including AI-driven initiatives
  • Provide data and insights to optimize processes and drive GTM performance

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function
  • Proven experience managing sales compensation and commission processes, including calculating commissions and producing commission statements
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Working proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience partnering with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations stakeholders on sales operations processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription business model environment
  • Experience partnering with People Ops (HR) stakeholders on sales compensation plan administration or related processes
