The Junior Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role within the UK Direct To Consumer Sales team, delivering analytical insight and strategic support to SharkNinja's cross-functional partners across Sales, Finance and Demand Planning.
This position partners closely with the DTC Sales Operations Manager to optimize forecasting, inventory management and overall business performance.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and strategic Junior Sales Analyst or Junior Demand Planner who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights.
What you will do:
  • Collaborate closely with the DTC Trading managers and the DTC Finance business partner to support forecasting (units, revenue, ASP) and inventory planning by category.
  • Track category sales trends (baseline sales and promotional sales), generate insights and recommend forecast changes that improve forecast attainment accuracy.
  • Help input and maintain forecasts within SharkNinja's planning system (SFO).
  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and improve sales reporting dashboards and data visualisations.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, rapidly assessing business situations and determining the data required to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in developing creative, data-backed solutions.

What you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in category management, sales analysis, demand planning or financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (critical requirement).
  • Strong experience working with pivot tables, large data sets, and data visualization/chart building.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to present insights and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
