The ideal candidate is highly analytical and business savvy, excels at writing and project management, can independently manage priorities and multitask, and can partner with key decision makers to drive to successful outcomes.
You will be reporting to the Sales Operations Manager with primarily focus on deals associated with net new revenue, working closely with our Sales Representatives in EMEA.
You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Services, Solution Advisory, CSM, Legal, Finance, and the rest of the global Sales Operations team to align resources to support the Sales Team on emerging or inflight deals.

Job Description

Responsibilities (Your day-to-day)
  • Project manage the delivery of all formal commercial communications to customers including but not limited to Pre-qualification or Security Questionnaires and RFI/RFPs. This includes ensuring all packaging of responses is consistently professional, assigning action items to internal stakeholders, and meeting delivery deadlines.

  • Assist the Sales Team in generating Customer Proposals and ensuring that all approvals are captured prior to sending to the customer.

  • Opportunity management in Salesforce ensures that all Opportunities and Quotes are accurately reflected and have the required approvals.

  • Prepare the initial draft and review, analyze and manage the completion of all commercial documents including Subscription Services Agreements, Subscription Orders, amendments and other necessary legal documents.

  • Complete post-sale activities associated with the contract terms

  • Assess priority and urgency, anticipate bottlenecks and balance demands with multiple deals in flight concurrently

  • Build strong productive relationships and feedback loops with Sales, Managers, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to drive efficiency and organisation satisfaction with sales ops processes and best practices

  • Maintain knowledge of Guidewire’s product offerings and understand all new business initiatives.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

  • Position will require less than 10% travel

What you need to be successful:
  • 5+ years professional experience, at least 2 years in a sales operations role focused on RFI/RFP management and/or as a contract analyst

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Exceptional oral and written communication 

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.

  • Advanced Salesforce skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Fluency in French, Italian or Portuguese preferred
