Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more).  Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $25 billion by 2027.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

o    Provide guidance on deal economics, commercial terms, and operational requirements, balancing customer needs with company strategies and goals.

o    Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Systems, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and efficient progression of non-standard deals.

o    Minimize deal cycle time through process optimization and proactive support.

  • Sales Enablement:

o    Collaborate with the global Sales Operations team to enhance sales productivity.

o    Train and empower sales representatives on tools, systems, and best practices.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting:

o    Develop dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics for leadership and sales teams.

o    Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data trends to drive informed decision-making.

  • Tool Management:

o    Troubleshoot and maintain all sales-support tools to ensure smooth daily operations.

o    Continuously improve systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

o    3+ years in sales operations, business systems, or a related role.

o    Prior experience in high-tech SaaS companies or start-ups preferred.

o    Strong familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ tools is highly desirable.

  • Skills:

o    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

o    Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

o    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

o    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Attributes:

o    Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

o    Service-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
