About the role
Join Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) as a Sales Operation Manager and be the force that simplifies how our sales teams work across the Americas, EMEA, MOAI, and MNEA. You will partner with Business Area and Market Area sales operations teams to review global tools and processes, tailor them to EAS needs, and remove unnecessary complexity so day-to-day sales work becomes faster, clearer, and more effective.

What you will do
- Improve sales processes and tools focused on simplification, automation, actionable data insights, and pragmatic AI adoption.
- Manage and strengthen the EAS EBD deviation approval process to ensure clear governance and consistent execution.
- Lead change initiatives with global teams to introduce and scale sales and AI solutions (e.g., IODM, Premium+, AI-enabled sales support) tailored to EAS requirements.
- Work closely with Market Area sales operations teams to embed EAS-specific sales flows into local ways of working and ensure smooth adoption.
- Support sales compliance in partnership with global compliance teams through training, self-assessments, audit readiness, and quarterly reporting.
- Define, set and track OKRs for the commercial management and technical sales support unit, and follow up on outcomes to drive performance.
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 3 years in sales support, sales operations, or sales analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset and structured execution skills, with a passion for process improvement, workflow optimization, and resolving complex operational challenges.
- Transformation-driven and proactive - energized by change and experienced in change management and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills; able to create clarity, build alignment, and mobilize action across diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, sales analytics platforms, and AI tools (for example MS Copilot Studio).
- German language skills are a strong plus.
