About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

Our most recent employee engagement survey rated us 4.1 out of 5 — find out why on our Careers page.

The opportunity

You'll join LoopMe's sales team at Sales Manager, operating across the Dentsu agency group - owning a meaningful patch of media agency and advertiser relationships while driving new business and beginning to grow existing accounts. You bring solid grounding in adtech or digital media sales and the confidence to manage your own pipeline from first contact through to close. This role reports to the AVP Sales.

What you'll do

  • Identify and close new advertising partnerships aligned with LoopMe's commercial strategy
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with media agencies and advertisers across your patch
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and close
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction post-sale
  • Maintain accurate pipeline opportunities, forecasting and reporting in Salesforce
  • Liaise with technical support teams to resolve issues that directly affect partners
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue

What you'll bring

Essential

  • 4+ years in adtech, digital media or media sales, with experience selling to media agencies or advertisers and an emerging network of agency contacts
  • A solid understanding of the digital advertising market, programmatic and DSPs
  • Confidence presenting, communicating and negotiating — with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • A consistent drive to hit and exceed revenue targets, comfortable owning a pipeline independently from first contact through to close
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce

Nice to have

  • Experience managing both new business development and account growth within the same role
  • Familiarity with outcomes-based or AI-powered advertising platforms

What we can offer

  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working; meaning you'll spend 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
  • 25 days annual leave, plus the Bank Holidays
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Annual Wellness Day
  • Health Shield; a cash-back health plan for things like dental, optical, physio and wellbeing
  • Access to Thrive; accessible mental health support all in one app
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Pension
  • LoopMe Gives Back Day
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles
