About the Role

You'll take ownership of an established, talented team of Account Executives and Account Managers across our Nordic region, driving meaningful outcomes and helping each person reach their potential. This is a role for a leader who thrives on coaching, strategy, and delivering results.

You'll be central to monday.com's Nordic growth story, partnering with regional leadership to shape a sustainable path forward while keeping a high-performing team engaged, focused, and winning.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop your team: Manage a group of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and tailored development plans that help everyone grow.

  • Deliver results: Own team performance across added ARR, cross-sell, retention, and other strategic metrics — setting clear expectations and supporting your team to exceed them.

  • Elevate the playbook: Implement and embed company-wide sales methodologies, portfolio planning frameworks, and training programmes that drive consistent upmarket success.

  • Coach with intent: Create a culture of continuous improvement through structured 1:1s, skills development, and a practical, methodology-driven approach to talent retention.

  • Model the culture: Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability — championing teamwork and making monday.com a place where diverse perspectives are genuinely valued.

  • Think long-term: Partner with regional leadership to shape a 3–5 year growth strategy that balances near-term performance with lasting scalability.

What You Bring

  • Leadership experience: 3+ years managing high-performing SaaS sales teams in a fast-paced, growth environment.

  • Nordic market knowledge: First-hand experience selling or leading in the Nordics — you understand the culture, relationships, and commercial dynamics of the region.

  • A track record of growth: Comfortable sustaining 30%+ YoY growth while building the processes and habits that make it repeatable.

  • Enterprise fluency: Confident navigating complex account lifecycles, longer sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder environments including IT, Legal, and Procurement.

  • A coaching mindset: You believe great leadership multiplies talent. You invest in people's development and bring structure and care to how you do it.

  • Inclusive leadership style: You lead from the front — with empathy, transparency, and a genuine commitment to creating a team where everyone can do their best work.
