    Job Description

    The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering commercial orders for the Allye MAX for mobile power applications based on inbound enquiries and outbound lead generation. You will build and manage all customer relationships to identify commercial opportunities and meet sales targets

    You will come from a power rental or similar sales background, with experience managing pipelines and closing deals. You will also be highly data driven, detail oriented and comfortable with forecasting sales targets. As a strong communicator and relationship builder, you will be comfortable selling hardware. This is a UK and Ireland focused role initially but has significant potential to grow into a global sales role for the right person.

    Main Responsibilities

    • · Deliver monthly sales targets, forecast targets and report progress
    • · Manage prospects across the stages of the sales cycle
    • · Ensure timely communication and customer recording via HubSpot
    • · Qualify leads to opportunities and create a strong list of prospects
    • · Manage and negotiate all new and renewal contracts with customers
    • · Generate and update all customer facing materials, specifications and documents

    Qualifications

    Must have

    • · At least 3 years’ experience in hardware B2B sales and business development
    • · Strong knowledge of HubSpot and other CRM tools
    • · Track record in building sales pipelines and driving prospects to efficient close
    • · Demonstrated experience in negotiating, managing, and executing deals
    • · Ability to manage quotes and invoices, based on fixed pricing
    • · Ability to understand and synthesize complex technical and product information
    • · Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
    • · Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities
    • · Self-directing, ability to coordinate and direct others
    • · Able to travel in UK and international on occasion

    Nice to have

    • · Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
    • · A second European language, Spanish and German preferred
    • · Have experience with renewable technologies, such as PV, wind and/or storage
    • · Experience from automotive, the battery industry or related technology startup
    • · Strong knowledge of battery technologies and energy storage
