Lead the architecture, software integration, interoperability testing, high-voltage safety, compliance, and technical delivery of DC fast-charging capabilities integrated with battery energy storage systems. The role owns charging protocols, vehicle compatibility, control interfaces, supplier specifications, validation campaigns, fault investigation, safety cases, certification, and technical guidance to engineering, commercial, field, and external partner teams.

Coordinates engineering programs from design through manufacturing, maintaining project plans, schedules, risks, requirements, reporting, and change control. Runs stand-ups and design reviews, tracks actions, supports engineering studies, build, testing, commissioning, validation, documentation, BOM maintenance, and release processes. The role connects engineering, production, commercial teams, suppliers, and project partners in a fast-paced sustainable technology startup.
