Within the HPC & AI EMEA Team, we focus on cutting edge, high-performance, high-scale customer solutions serving a wide range of industries and end-users. Our organization includes High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We are recruiting for a Sales Leader to lead and manage the UKIMEA territory.        

                                                    

As Manager Sales HPC & AI you will

  • Lead the HPC & AI sales team for the UKIMEA geographies.
  • Communicate direction to the team in line with the company’s HPC & AI vision and strategy.
  • Manage the HPC & AI sales motion towards growth and increased profitability.
  • Create a high performing team through recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Organize the team and adapt the resource mix to maximize the team’s and HPE’s achievement, market coverage and financial performance.
  • Coach to assure best in class individual and team sales performance to craft the right technical, IT investment and pricing strategies.
  • Orchestrate major enterprise-level customer engagements to deliver results and create the best customer experience in the industry.
  • Manage escalations to solution, and solution to opportunity.
  • Engages customer executives to understand the customers’ business context, build trust, and deliver HPE’s value proposition in line with that.
  • Create early stage opportunities by managing top customers’ executive level relationships.
  • Partners with stakeholders to maximize cross-HPE team efficiency and customer success. Helps teams to bust barriers and overcome obstacles.
  • Establish sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management.
  • Manage sales planning and follow up to ensure consistent execution.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Provide customer feedback and won/loss deal analysis into the broader HPE team.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • University diploma or Bachelor's degree in technical or commercial field of study.
  • Typically 5 years of sales experience.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals, including several years of product sales in HPC & AI or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high performing sales teams.
  • Business leadership skills and integrity to win the right way and display high ethical standards in every action.
  • People management skills to form, support and motivate a successful team.
  • Profound understanding of our customer's or partner's strategy and business needs to position HPE as an HPC & AI partner.
  • Business acumen and market knowledge to support account planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Leading example on communication, presentation and negotiation competencies.
  • Excellent language skills in English
