RAM, part of Klipboard, is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, introducing prospective customers to our solutions through engaging product demonstrations (primarily via Microsoft Teams). This is a business development-focused role with a blend of self-generated opportunities and qualified leads from our BDR team.

*This is a full-time, office-based role, in Leeds, suited to someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a sales environment while maintaining a strong focus on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver professional product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting
  • Convert inbound and BDR-qualified opportunities
  • Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on all opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence delivering virtual demos and handling objections
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft tools

Desirable:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Exposure to SaaS or technology-led solutions
  • Consultative or demo-led sales approach
