Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UK. This role will focus primarily on partner management (70%), complemented by direct sales (20%) and client management (10%). As a generalist, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities to ensure successful, lasting relationships with our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Focus Approach:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners.
  • Drive partner account management to maximize revenue and market reach.

Account Management:

  • Oversee direct sales efforts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.

Channel Account Management:

  • Implement and oversee channel strategies to expand market presence.
  • Coordinate with channel partners to align on sales goals and strategies.

Direct Sales:

  • Lead direct sales initiatives, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, with a focus on partner and account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the UK market and industry trends.
