Your role at a glance

The Sales Enablement Specialist (m/f/d), is an execution focused individual contributor responsible for supporting regional deal pricing, commercial tracking, market intelligence and sales enablement activities for colocation opportunities. This role supports the Senior Director, Pricing Strategy & Analysis by helping ensure local deal pricing, market benchmarks, capacity inputs and investment assumptions are accurately captured, maintained and integrated into pricing recommendations.
This role plays a critical part in improving commercial visibility across active opportunities by tracking deal status, pricing movement, discounting, customer requirements, market comparables, competitive activity and key decision points. The Specialist helps translate commercial pricing strategy into practical regional support, ensuring sales teams have the right information, tools and commercial inputs to pursue profitable growth.

What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities:

  • CSE Rationalisation & Governance
    • Own creation, standardization, and lifecycle management of service exhibits and SLAs.
    • Rationalize service documentation to reduce complexity, duplication, and risk.
    • Ensure alignment between service capabilities, contractual language, and operational delivery.
    • Drive consistency across regions, customers, and sales motions.
  • Support Sales Playbook Development
    • Provide standardized service constructs that underpin sales plays and solution mapping.
    • Enable playbooks with clear service boundaries and negotiation guardrails.
  • Support Collateral Development
    • Provide authoritative service inputs for all customer-facing collateral.
    • Ensure simplified, accurate translation of technical service content into sales materials.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with Product Lifecycle, Service Operations, Legal, and GID teams.
    • Serve as Product representative support for regional commercial committees.
    • Ensure accurate, timely information flow during pursue, submit, and contract stages.
  • Governance & Cadence Support
    • Support governance processes by preparing updates, tracking exceptions, and documenting decisions.
  • Deal Support
    • Track and maintain local deal pricing for local colocation opportunities, including proposed pricing, discounting and key commercial assumptions.
    • Independently gather information necessary for discussion in commercial committee from bid management stage, during each of the three approval gates viz. pursue, submit and contract
    • Coordinate with Bid Management, Finance, Investment, Solution Engineering and Capacity Assignment to ensure deal pricing reflects current inventory, capacity availability, cost assumptions and return expectations.

Knowledge & Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline (preferred).
  • Multiple years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, or related GTM functions.
  • Experience within data center, cloud, telecommunications, or infrastructure-focused organizations preferred.
  • Working knowledge of service portfolio positioning, customer value drivers, and competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional writing, messaging, and content structuring skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, sales-ready narratives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
