We're looking for a Sales Director based in Dublin, to lead our sales function, driving sustainable growth, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening KONE's position in the market. 

As Sales Director, you'll define and deliver the sales strategy for your business area, ensuring we continue to grow our customer base while delivering exceptional value to our customers. 

You'll lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and use market insight to identify opportunities that support long-term business success. 

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll ensure sales performance, forecasting and customer strategies are aligned with KONE's wider business objectives. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Develop and deliver the sales strategy to drive profitable growth, increase market share and strengthen KONE's position across the region.  

  • Lead and inspire high-performing sales teams, setting clear objectives, developing capability and creating a culture focused on collaboration and results.  

  • Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships, working closely with key customers, influencers and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.  

  • Drive commercial performance through effective pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategies and sales performance analysis.  

  • Use market insight to shape business decisions, identifying emerging opportunities, monitoring competitor activity and ensuring the right solutions are offered to each customer segment.  

  • Champion operational excellence, embedding global sales processes, ensuring effective resource planning and continuously improving the customer experience.

You'll bring: 

  • Proven experience leading successful sales teams within a commercial or technical environment. 

  • A strong track record of delivering business growth and achieving sales targets. 

  • Experience developing sales strategies, forecasting and managing performance. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. 

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity. 

  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop others.
