The Offering and Sales Development Specialist aids in enhancing maintenance sales offerings by analyzing KPIs, proposing improvements, training sales teams, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

The Sales Executive will drive and close sales in modernization, manage customer portfolios, develop leads, and collaborate with teams to boost customer satisfaction.

Proactively generate and close new business sales for lift equipment; develop and manage customer relationships; qualify and document opportunities in CRM; meet sales targets and hand over orders to operations; cold call, present proposals, and report timely. Role requires field work (3+ days/week) covering north of the River Thames, inside M25 and Essex.

Handle customer inquiries, prepare competitive quotations, coordinate tender documentation, maintain CRM records, collaborate with field sales and technical teams, follow up on proposals, and report on sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Provide technical sales support and solution engineering for elevator products: define specifications, produce CAD/Revit drawings, cost and schedule estimates, perform site surveys and inspections, coordinate with customers, contractors and supply chain, manage order documentation and handover, and ensure compliance with codes, safety and ISO procedures.

Provide legal advice and support across Great Britain, Ireland and Netherlands; draft, review and negotiate construction (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) and commercial contracts; develop legal policies; manage disputes and legal proceedings; liaise with external counsel; support corporate governance, training, and business-facing legal risk mitigation.

Customer-facing sustainability lead supporting frontline sales to translate customer carbon and green-building requirements into actionable proposals. Acts as first contact for sustainability in bids, delivers workshops and guidance, runs a local carbon community, ensures delivery of energy and operational carbon calculations and scheme compliance, and aligns local activity with global sustainability principles to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead a regional sales team to drive solution-based sales for new elevator offerings. Accountable for sales targets, pricing, CRM pipeline quality, customer relationships, cross-selling, profitability, and team development across London & South. Collaborate regionally and nationally to grow key accounts and promote digital solutions.

The role involves servicing and performing minor repairs on lifts, ensuring high safety and quality standards while promoting career growth within the company.

The Doors Engineer will focus on safety, precision, and customer service, working with industrial and automatic doors, and will be provided with training. They will also participate in a call-out rota and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
