Provides HR administration support, including employee records, HR mailbox queries, onboarding checks, leaver documentation, contract changes, absence data, invoices, reports, payroll reconciliations, visa tracking, and employee benefits administration. Maintains Workday data and intranet content while supporting HR Business Partners and handling confidential information. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, Excel skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Sell new-building lifts across London & South by managing key accounts, prospecting new business, handling tenders, supporting early design/cost plans, using Salesforce CRM, upselling digital solutions, and coordinating handovers to installation and engineering teams.

Develop and grow strategic customer accounts across North and South London for KONE. Responsibilities include managing sales opportunities, value propositions, national and framework agreements, contract renewals, profitability, customer intelligence, new business development, negotiations, and coordination with service teams. The role requires strong account management, sales, negotiation, communication, networking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM experience beneficial.
