The Offering and Sales Development Specialist aids in enhancing maintenance sales offerings by analyzing KPIs, proposing improvements, training sales teams, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

The Sales Executive will drive and close sales in modernization, manage customer portfolios, develop leads, and collaborate with teams to boost customer satisfaction.

Proactively generate and close new business sales for lift equipment; develop and manage customer relationships; qualify and document opportunities in CRM; meet sales targets and hand over orders to operations; cold call, present proposals, and report timely. Role requires field work (3+ days/week) covering north of the River Thames, inside M25 and Essex.
