Amex GBT is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a passion for sales and customer service. The SDR will be a critical part of the sales process, working closely with Amex GBT’s sales and marketing teams to identify, qualify, and nurture leads into opportunities. The successful candidate should have the ability to think critically and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads into opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication with sales and marketing teams.
  • Educate potential customers on Amex GBT's services and offerings.
  • Track customer interactions and update records in CRM software.
  • Utilize modern sales tools and techniques to optimize sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Amex GBT's products and services.
  • Monitor customer trends and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Generate new leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to maximize sales performance and prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

What We´re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 2 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing operations and processes
  • Proficiency in modern sales tools (CRM, lead generation software, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
