The opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, establishing initial contact, and setting up meetings for the sales executives. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, online databases, and other sources.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess the needs and challenges of potential customers. Personalizing communication to engage and nurture leads effectively.
  • Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about leads to the sales team for follow-up.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus.
