Role Type: Full-time

Location: United Kingdom

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing sales acceleration agency based in the UK, specializing in bespoke B2B and B2C telemarketing, lead generation, and appointment setting. Working as an embedded extension of marketing departments for both high-street brands and emerging businesses, the team focuses on non-scripted, natural engagement to drive authentic growth. They pride themselves on a personalized approach to outreach, converting cold prospects into qualified meetings and tangible business opportunities across various sectors.

Job Summary

This is a high-impact role for a battle-tested cold caller who thrives on high-level B2B engagement. At this company, we don’t do "scripted" telemarketing or "pitch-slapping." We specialize in sophisticated, personalized outreach to Directors of large organizations on behalf of growing brands. We are looking for an independent Appointment Setter who understands the art of the pattern interrupt and can navigate complex conversations to deliver qualified, high-intent meetings. If you are a hunter who takes pride in maintaining a 10/10 standard of English and professional rapport, this is the environment for you to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (targeting ~180 dials per day) to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Focus on securing "Sat Qualified" meetings where the prospect joins and meets specific BANT criteria.
  • Utilize tools like Lusha and ZoomInfo to find and dial direct mobile lines for Director-level contacts.
  • Employ permission-based openers and pattern interrupts to move past gatekeepers and engage busy executives.
  • Identify prospect pain points and solve problems rather than reading from a script.
  • Maintain an average of 1.5 hours of talk time daily while managing multiple client campaigns.
  • Manage and document all activity accurately within Microsoft Office and relevant CRM tools.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of pure B2B cold calling experience with a proven track record of booking sales meetings.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically within the telecommunications (mid-market) sector.
  • Mastery of objection handling and the ability to navigate "Director-level" conversations in large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use permission-based openers (no "pitch-slapping").
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits

💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams

🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services

🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network

🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement

💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference
