Step into the world of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing, some of the fastest-growing and most in-demand sectors globally.

At CloudPlexo, you won’t just observe. You will actively engage, sell, and build real-world experience from day one. This is an opportunity to break into the global tech industry without a technical background. What matters most is your drive, resilience, and willingness to learn.

Why This Role Is a Career Launchpad

This is not just a job. It is a fast-track into the tech industry. As an SDR Trainee, you will:
  • Build a strong foundation in AI, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing
  • Gain real-world exposure to how enterprises adopt and scale technology
  • Develop commercial and communication skills that typically take years to build
  • Engage directly with decision-makers across global markets
  • Learn how pipeline is built and how revenue is generated
  • Position yourself for long-term growth in sales, partnerships, or customer success
You do not need a computer science degree to succeed here. You need the drive to learn and perform.

Role Overview
As an SDR Trainee, you will sit at the center of CloudPlexo’s growth efforts. Your focus will be on building pipeline, engaging prospects, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
This is a high-activity outbound role. A significant part of your day will be spent prospecting, cold calling, and reaching out to potential clients. The phone will be one of your most important tools.
You will hear “no” often, and you will learn how to turn conversations into opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Get hands-on with outreach. You'll learn how to run multi-channel prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn, and actually do it, at volume, from early on.
  • Learn how to find the right people. You'll develop the skill of identifying and engaging decision-makers across industries, a core muscle every great salesperson needs.
  • Master the art of qualification. You'll be trained to ask the right questions, spot genuine buying signals, and book well-qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Understand what a healthy pipeline looks like. You'll learn how to build and manage your own pipeline, and see in real time how your activity translates to business results.
  • Find your sales voice. You'll get deep exposure to CloudPlexo's cloud solutions and learn how to communicate our value clearly and confidently to different audiences.
  • Build professional habits that stick. From CRM hygiene to structured follow-ups, you'll develop the discipline and organization that separates good salespeople from great ones.
  • Grow fast, and be recognized for it. We set clear activity and performance targets so you always know where you stand and we celebrate the trainees who rise to the challenge.

Requirements

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have or 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, communications, or similar areas
  • Are naturally curious, highly motivated, and genuinely excited to learn fast in a fast-moving environment
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and on the phone. You aren't afraid to make high-volume cold calls
  • Stay organized and can manage multiple tasks without losing focus, even when things get busy
  • Think creatively and enjoy bringing fresh ideas that actually move the needle
  • Are resilient and disciplined in a target-driven environment, you know consistency matters more than bursts of effort
  • Have a genuine curiosity about technology and a willingness to go deep on what we do
