We’re looking for a Client Partner, Central & Eastern Europe to join Snap Inc! You will build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presences on Snap. You'll need great presentation and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.

What you'll do

  • Hunt, prospect, and win new business from leading advertisers across Central & Eastern Europe, including app, gaming, and web advertisers.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to position Snapchat as a key performance marketing platform.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing long-term partnerships.

  • Advise clients on user acquisition, conversion, and performance strategies across app and web.

  • Consult on measurement and attribution, including Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), Snap Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).

  • Deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations.

  • Consistently exceed sales targets with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in sales or business development within digital advertising, including mobile apps, gaming, and/or web performance.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Russian and/or Ukrainian.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of app and web performance advertising.

  • Experience with MMPs, Snap Pixel, CAPI, attribution, and performance metrics such as CPI, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Proven track record of prospecting and winning new business.

  • Existing network within the app, gaming, web, or performance marketing ecosystem in CEE.

  • Ability to explain technical measurement concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building senior client or agency relationships.

  • Consistently exceeds sales targets.

  • Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Passion for Snap and performance marketing.
