Build and grow Snap’s advertiser business by identifying, prospecting, and converting D2C, e-commerce, technology, and high-growth companies. Lead regional recruiting for Sales (GTM) and cross-functional corporate roles across Europe. Partner with executives, source and hire senior talent, manage hiring plans, track data-driven metrics, build scalable sourcing campaigns, and occasionally supervise others during high-volume periods.

Provide high-trust executive support to the Chief Business Officer by managing a complex calendar, planning domestic and international travel and events, coordinating meetings and board engagements, handling confidential information, and improving executive office workflows. The role involves driving awareness and education for Snap's advertising solutions, building relationships with agency partners, and managing agency health score frameworks.

Lead and manage a team of Client Partners focused on a vertical (RMG, Gaming). Drive revenue growth, set quotas, build client and agency relationships, define KPI-driven measurement strategies, translate vertical trends into opportunities, and support sales leadership with quotas and account planning.

Provide legal advice on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI compliance across EMEA. Support product, policy, commercial, security, and regulatory engagement; conduct impact assessments and advise on contracts and incident response.

Advise on European digital platform regulation (DSA, Online Safety Act), manage regulatory investigations and RFI responses, counsel on product and privacy compliance, build regulator relationships, support global go-to-market strategies, partner on policy and communications, scale legal processes via technology/AI, and train internal teams.

Design and ship consumer-facing generative AI and AR features for image/video generation and editing. Prototype models, integrate ML into production pipelines, collaborate with Product/Design/Engineering, evaluate open-source models and APIs, and iterate via A/B testing and user feedback.
