Owns brand product marketing across Europe, including strategy, go-to-market planning, positioning, sales enablement, advertiser relationships, product feedback, KPI tracking, and revenue growth. The role serves as the regional voice for advertisers and agencies, influences product roadmaps, leads cross-functional initiatives, and mentors team members while driving adoption of Snap’s video and brand advertising solutions.

Leads the development and production deployment of generative AI products for image and video generation, editing, AI Lenses, and LLM-powered experiences. Defines technical roadmaps and architectures, evaluates models and APIs, optimizes quality and performance, drives projects from prototype to launch, partners cross-functionally, and mentors engineers. The role requires hands-on expertise in deep learning, generative modeling, computer vision, diffusion or flow matching models, and consumer-facing ML products.

Owns strategic growth, revenue, and P&L for major Food and Beverage clients. Builds long-term business plans, manages CMO and agency relationships, exceeds sales targets, develops marketing propositions, promotes Snap’s advertising products, and influences product roadmaps. Requires deep CPG expertise, digital advertising knowledge, marketing measurement fluency, and exceptional presentation skills.
