Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build or grow a career in tech sales, with a clear pathway to Account Executive roles.

You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that directly contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP)
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
  • Track all activities and manage leads in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Personalize outreach to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital services is a plus
