Summary:

Verified First is looking for a business-minded Sales Development Representative to initiate meetings for our Account Executives. This position will educate prospective clients on our company, culture, and products to grow business and schedule meetings for our Account Executive Team.

 

How our Sales Development Representatives spend their time:

  • Make approximately 50 outbound calls per day to set appointments for our Account Executives for pre-employment services;
  • Conduct approximately 50 communication outreach touchpoints via social media and email per day to build rapport for future sales;
  • Set 25 appointments per month for the Account Executives;
  • Initiate communication through outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to build rapport for future sales;
  • Research prospective clients and pre-call planning;
  • Manage pipeline through CRM Salesforce;
  • Responsible for educating and developing prospects, leading to hand-off to the Account Executive team;
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences;
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach;
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM;
  • Experience working in a call center environment focused on cold calling and closing sales preferred;
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative for other companies that deliver human resource software solutions preferred.
