Job summaryAs an Implementation Solutions Specialist in the international client onboarding team, you will support the successful implementation of payments products and services by coordinating documentation, approvals, and setup readiness. You will partner with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, identify gaps, and resolve issues that could impact timelines or risk outcomes. You will help ensure onboarding activities are completed in line with required controls and quality standards.
Job responsibilities- Review implementation requests to confirm prerequisites, documentation, and approvals are in place before setup begins
- Track deliverables, maintain implementation status updates, and escalate risks or delays to meet agreed timelines
- Document observations, identify gaps or exceptions, and propose or escalate remediation actions
- Monitor validation of tax forms, risk ratings, and required approvals to support regulatory compliance and minimize operational risk
- Improve procedures for preparing and reviewing client paperwork, including product line items and setup forms
- TBD years of experience in client management, client onboarding, or operations roles
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including via phone and email
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage conflict and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet-based productivity tools
- Experience coordinating project deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution
- Proficiency in an additional language (in addition to English)
