Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven German speaking SDR with recent experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands freight, shipping, or logistics workflows and can confidently engage decision-makers in relevant industries.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating outbound sales efforts, and booking meetings for senior sales executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting logistics decision-makers
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within freight, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate the company’s logistics solutions and value proposition
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with logistics trends, shipping challenges, and industry terminology

Requirements
  • Recent experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation is essential (no more than 2 years ago)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or outbound sales role
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations (e.g., freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, warehousing)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation or booking targets
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
