Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, sophisticated Inside Sales professional to join the team as a Sales Development Representative. In this pivotal role, you will act as the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying and nurturing cross-selling opportunities within a premium database of high-net-worth international clientele. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between marketing interest and closed deals by qualifying prospects, educating them on a holistic approach to wealth preservation, and scheduling high-value meetings for our Advisors. This is an elite opportunity for a proactive communicator who excels at building rapport, understands the nuances of global residency and exempt market products, and thrives in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outreach via warm calling and digital engagement to re-engage former customers, nurture current leads, and identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing database.
  • Utilize BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify prospects during discovery calls before transitioning them to Advisors.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop CRM automated workflows and educational content that secures the future of our clients' families.
  • Assist Advisors with the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing mandates, cost calculators, KYC templates, and attending internal/external product meetings.
  • Adopt a "Referral Mindset" in every interaction, consistently identifying and engaging strategic partners to expand the firm’s reach.
  • Maintain a professional presence across LinkedIn and other platforms to support marketing calendars and brand authority.
  • Rigorously update HubSpot and use AI-driven tools (Copilot, Mili) to maintain clean data and actionable insights for the sales team.

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of exempt market products and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or business development, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
  • Understanding of Citizenship by Investment Programs (CIP) and private investment funds (Real Estate, REITs, Hospitality Funds).
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to diverse international personalities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM), MS SharePoint, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom).
  • A "Fanatical Prospecting" approach with the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global client time zones.
  • High degree of accuracy in preparing legal and financial documentation (KYCs, Suitability forms, etc.).
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with international residency-by-investment programs (e.g., Portugal Golden Visa, EB-5).
  • Familiarity with specific funds such as Invico, Avenue Living, or LCP Regional Centers.
  • Multilingual capabilities to better serve a global customer base.
