Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the finance, FinTech, or related industries.

This is a remote SDR role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings with key decision-makers. You will play a critical role in generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the finance or business sectors
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a sales role
  • Experience in finance, FinTech, banking, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to understand and communicate financial products/services
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Experience working with international markets (UK/US) is a plus
