Role Responsibilities:
  • Processing and managing purchase orders through to delivery – Including, but not limited to,ordering goods from suppliers, liaising with customers regarding delivery dates, access issues,requirements etc., booking appropriate transport, resolving faulty or damaged goods reports,sourcing technical information for customers, arranging for plates to be cut via a 3rd party,arranging for goods to be delivered directly from head office to site, creating pro forma invoices
  • Deal with telephone and email requests from our network of customers – mainly installers andmerchants
  • Advising customers of spare parts numbers for their boilers
  • Advising customers price and stock availability
  • Maintain customer data on company CRM system
  • Any other tasks relevant to the role

Minimum Requirements:
  • Confident in dealing with telephone and email queries
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to multi task
  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • IT literate in a range of Microsoft and Google applications

RPreferred
  • SAP experience preferred but not essensial- training will be provided

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £24,785.00-£49,420.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.   

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
