Manage strategic data centre accounts across the UK and Ireland, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprises, contractors, and consultants. Responsibilities include generating new business, expanding relationships, developing pipelines, prospecting, negotiating, translating cooling technologies into business value, and coordinating with engineering, operations, and project management teams through commissioning.

Leads the growth and delivery of modernization and advanced control solution projects across Europe. Identifies installed-base opportunities, develops growth strategies, coordinates sales, technical, project, and partner teams, and manages initiatives from opportunity identification through customer acceptance. Promotes digital, connected, and energy optimization solutions while achieving revenue, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction targets. Builds long-term customer relationships and supports recurring service revenue growth.

Manages the post-order lifecycle for HVAC data centre solutions, supporting technical sales, tender bids, product selections, technical submittals, customer communication, manufacturing coordination, logistics, commissioning, invoicing forecasts, and delivery. The role serves as the primary post-sale contact and coordinates Sales, Finance, Logistics, factories, suppliers, and project delivery teams while resolving customer issues and supporting commercial performance.

Manage complex refurbishment, modernisation, and turnkey projects across the UK from planning and mobilisation through commissioning and completion. Lead site teams, coordinate engineering, manufacturing, sales, subcontractors, vendors, and service teams, while managing schedules, resources, budgets, risks, quality, and stakeholder communications. The role requires commercial awareness, financial forecasting, regulatory knowledge, and regular travel to customer and project sites.

Supports sales growth through technical solution design, customer and distributor engagement, application support, proposals, product configuration, and project coordination. The role provides technical presentations, training, commissioning support, issue resolution, and documentation while collaborating with sales, engineering, operations, and service teams. Extensive travel across Europe, approximately 40%, is required, along with fluency in German, Italian, and English.

The Sales Engineer will drive outside sales activities, manage key accounts, identify prospects, offer tailored solutions, and cultivate client relationships.

Lead and execute the European Industrial Vertical strategy to grow CHVAC Applied Sales across Pharma, Automotive, Food & Beverage and Semiconductor sectors. Develop pan‑European key accounts, drive pipeline and order intake, coordinate regional Industry Vertical and Key Account Managers, translate priorities into executable country plans, monitor sales performance and act as central interface across Sales, Product, Marketing and Service teams.
