Manage complex refurbishment, modernisation, and turnkey projects across the UK from planning and mobilisation through commissioning and completion. Lead site teams, coordinate engineering, manufacturing, sales, subcontractors, vendors, and service teams, while managing schedules, resources, budgets, risks, quality, and stakeholder communications. The role requires commercial awareness, financial forecasting, regulatory knowledge, and regular travel to customer and project sites.

Supports sales growth through technical solution design, customer and distributor engagement, application support, proposals, product configuration, and project coordination. The role provides technical presentations, training, commissioning support, issue resolution, and documentation while collaborating with sales, engineering, operations, and service teams. Extensive travel across Europe, approximately 40%, is required, along with fluency in German, Italian, and English.

The Sales Engineer will drive outside sales activities, manage key accounts, identify prospects, offer tailored solutions, and cultivate client relationships.
