Job Description

Join the Global Leader in Infrared Innovation

At Teledyne FLIR, we create sensing technologies that protect lives, enable intelligent automation, and drive next‑generation imaging systems. Our OEM Components portfolio powers products across autonomous systems, industrial automation, security, consumer devices, and defense applications.

In this role, you will represent our flagship OEM product families — including:

• Neutrino (mid‑wave infrared modules)

• Boson (thermal camera modules)

• Hadron (dual‑sensor modules)

As the Business Development leader for EMEA, you will be the driving force behind expanding these technologies into new platforms and applications. You’ll build long‑term customer partnerships, identify high‑value opportunities, and influence product strategy across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Grow OEM sales and expand Teledyne FLIR’s presence across the EMEA market
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with OEMs and integrators
• Present our product roadmap and value proposition across Boson, Hadron, Lepton, and Neutrino families
• Build accurate sales plans and forecasts while maintaining high‑quality CRM data
• Manage strategic accounts and support regional distributors and representatives
• Lead technical demos, customer visits, and product training sessions
• Provide customer requirements and insights to product management
• Support marketing with campaigns and participation in OEM‑focused events
• Collaborate with customer service to solve product or delivery‑related issues

What You Need

• Strong technical understanding of infrared cameras or imaging systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex technical customer engagements independently
• Experience selling high‑volume OEM components
• Degree in Engineering; additional sales or marketing qualification
• CRM familiarity (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
• Ability to travel up to 75% across EMEA

What We Offer

• The opportunity to represent a globally recognized leader in infrared imaging
• A strategic, influential role in shaping product direction and regional growth
• Collaboration with world‑class engineering and product teams
• A culture built on innovation, trust, and continuous improvement
• The chance to work with cutting‑edge imaging technology used worldwide

What Happens Next

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. If selected, we’ll contact you for an initial conversation followed by interviews with business leadership. Communication typically happens via email unless otherwise arranged.

We require all employees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and regulatory orders. Our reputation for honesty, integrity and high ethics is as important to us as our reputation for making innovative sensing solutions.
