Sales Associate

Join a high-performing, collaborative sales team in a modern, fast-growing conveyancing business.

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join Juno. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping buyers, sellers and remortgagers navigate the conveyancing process, while driving new business and contributing to our continued growth.

Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We’re on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home. We make conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building trust quickly, and working towards clear targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster
  • Juno is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales.

  • We complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.

  • We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (5/5 on Trustpilot) and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us.

  • We’ve built our own software in-house. Clients can do all their conveyancing online, and always know what’s going on. And we’ve optimised the process to complete transactions 50% faster than the average law firm.

About the role
  • You’ll be responsible for converting warm inbound and outbound leads into Juno clients, helping them understand how we can support their property transaction.

  • You’ll be making outbound calls to people who have expressed interest in our services, quickly building rapport and understanding their needs and stage in the home-moving journey.

  • You’ll clearly explain how Juno works, guiding clients through the conveyancing process and setting expectations to ensure a smooth experience.

  • You’ll take a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and converting leads into instructed clients.

  • You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the sales team and wider business, sharing insights and helping to improve our service and processes.

  • You’ll manage your pipeline effectively, working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets.

  • This is an ideal role for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a target-driven environment, and enjoys helping customers make important life decisions.

About you
  • You’re self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.

  • You’re confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.

  • You have a sales background and a proven ability to convert leads using a consultative approach.

  • You’re a strong communicator and a creative problem solver, able to adapt to different customer needs.

  • Previous experience in conveyancing, estate agency, or mortgage brokering is highly desirable

  • You’re organised, collaborative, and keen to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Salary

Basic salary of £25,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000 in the first year, with earning potential increasing as you develop in the role.
