Windcave is a global payments technology business operating across 42 countries, supporting 57,000+ merchant locations worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and organised coordinator to support our London team across sales administration, customer account management, and marketing activity. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of the team keeping things running smoothly and helping us show up well in the market.

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing & Events

  • Support the preparation and delivery of trade shows, industry events, and networking forums 
  • Prepare sales decks, pitch materials, and presentations for the sales and leadership team 
  • Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, and digital content
  • Follow up on branding opportunities and help maintain a consistent Windcave presence across channels
  • Coordinate event logistics including registration, stands, travel, and materials

Sales & Account Support 

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract management, inbound ticket handling, and sales reporting 
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all customer and prospect interactions are accurately logged 
  • Assist with the regular bulling of setup fees and account administration 
  • Help manage a pipeline of prospective customers and support lead generation activity
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally, ensuring timely and accurate responses 

Account Management 

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing Windcave customers 
  • Support contract renewals, rate plan updates, and the onboarding of new users and accounts 
  • Triage and escalate support queries to the appropriate internal teams 
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Support teams 

Sales Administration 

  • Document and maintain internal sales administration processes to ensure smooth operations 
  • Generate regular sales reports and performance summaries for the team 
  • Proactively identify and flag new business development opportunities to the team

About You

Essential

  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, admin, marketing, or customer-facing role
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done without needing close direction
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload day to day
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once
  • Confident preparing presentations, documents, and marketing materials
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Great interpersonal skills and a professional phone manner
  • Right to work in the UK

Preferred (not essential)

  • Experience supporting events, trade shows, or marketing campaigns
  • Awareness of or interest in the payments or FinTech industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Technical or Computer Science background

  • Admin, reporting, and CRM records are consistently accurate and up to date
  • Clear development toward a more senior role within Windcave
