Key Responsibilities
- Processing orders, registrations, taxation, stock movements, transfers, dealer swaps and handovers.
- Liaising confidently with manufacturers, internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
- Maintaining precise vehicle records, stock lists, demonstrator fleets and sales documentation across all systems.
- Producing reports, completing file audits and supporting profit checks and general administrative housekeeping.
- Overseeing used vehicle purchasing, stocking, funding and compliance checks.
- Working collaboratively within a multi‑skilled team across new, used and corporate sales
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous motor trade experience is essential, a minimum of years.
- Sales Administration experience is ideal, though experience in warranty or service administration will also be considered.
- A naturally organised, methodical approach, you enjoy keeping things running like clockwork.
- Confident and clear in your communication, able to speak up when needed while staying calm, fair and constructive.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Integrity, accountability and a supportive team mindset.
- Experience with systems such as Drive, Dealerweb or iStore would be a real advantage
