UK Sales Administrator

Based: High Wycombe / Hybrid
Term: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 + excellent benefits

The Role:

The primary function of Sales Administration is to provide excellent customer service to our dealers and distributors, to manage their sales orders and delivery of products to them. Working cross functionally with other teams both internally and externally it is our responsibility to process orders, provide relevant documentation and information and help to organise shipments. As part of our roles, we also help to support Sales Managers by keeping them appraised of stock, account status and monthly revenue on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders for UK resellers.
  • Process internal sales, loans and artist orders.
  • Keep sales managers and customers updated with order and account status.
  • Manage any returns or spares order requests from dealers.
  • Work with logistics partners and warehouses to ship and track orders.
  • Make updates and reports on orders and stock levels to sales managers and customers.
  • Provide additional administration support in busy times.

Objectives:

  • Accurate sales order entry and management of returns from dealers.
  • Work with Sales Managers and logistics partners to provide the best customer service and shipping times.
  • Working with the marketing team to process orders for artists and influencers.
  • Be readily available for the quick turnaround time required for the UK market. 
  • Continually assess areas of improvement and deliver on this.
  • Provide additional support where necessary.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in administration necessary.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. i.e. basic formula, pivot tables, power queries etc.
  • Ability to adapt, problem solve and work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience of Netsuite and Vendor Central advantageous but not essential.
