Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Southampton
About the role:
-
To follow up live & outstanding quotes with customers
-
Ordering for internal use (i.e. stationary, uniform, PPE) Running/actioning reports, system housekeeping
-
Booking in/out for daily deliveries
-
First point of call in the Sales phone group
-
Internal shared mailbox management
-
Any other supportive duties requested my line manager
Hours of work:
Mon - Fri - 08:30am - 5.30pm
1 Hour break
40 hours per week
About you:

General administrative experience
-
Professional telephone manner
-
Can work under pressure and to deadlines

Can organise and prioritise workload
-
Microsoft office experience
