About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Admin to join our Customer Service team in Cheltenham. This is a key role supporting our sales team with administration, customer relationship management, and soft sales follow-ups. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, following up on quotations, and supporting repeat business development with existing customers through professional and confident telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer sales records in the CRM system
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and ensure timely responses to customer enquiries
- Make proactive, professional telephone calls to existing customers to follow up quotations and generate repeat business
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Assist with sales administration tasks including processing customer orders
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a sales administration or customer service role
- Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Comfortable making soft sales calls to follow up quotations and encourage repeat business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
