Job Description

My client is a leading name in their field. They have been esablished for 30 years and their reach is global, spanning over 100 countries.

The role is based in Croxley Park and they are keen to recruit an extra resource for their friendly and productive sales administration team. They take great pride in providing a professional yet personal service and are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills. The candidate must be articulate, quick thinking and a positive communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Being part of a small team, you will need to be flexible - each person is expected to support each other outside of their specific roles.
  • The specific tasks which you will be expected to undertake will include the following:
  • Handling sales phone calls and e-mails.
  • General office admin (e.g. filing).
  • Communicating with customers and looking after all their business needs from order processing, through liaising with warehouses and forwarders to invoicing.
  • Use of Sage accounting software
  • Supporting the Sales Managers and their business needs.

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
  • Office experience and articulate manner.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for attention to detail.
  • High level of computer proficiency and demonstrable working knowledge of the following
  • Microsoft Office - including Word, PowerPoint and Excel (required)
  • Photoshop and similar software (desirable)
  • Quickbooks (desirable)
  • Innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
  • A passion for sales and administration and a 'can do' attitude, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 (depending on prior experience), 20 days holiday per annum, free car parking and lots of great facilities (including a gym)
