  • Leadership: Decisiveness, trustworthiness, empowerment of others, and resilience are strong traits of yours. You lead from the front by leaning into our business, participating, and demonstrating "what good looks like." Substantial time in customer and partner-facing settings is expected.

  • Networking: Involving corporate resources as required and using our ecosystem as a strong growth lever and success factor.

  • Business Management: Excellent forecasting and performance management skills are essential to this role.

  • Pipeline Generation: Driving initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities, including key account management as well as new logo efforts.

  • Mentorship: Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure a high level of closure rates and opportunity identification.

  • C-Suite Engagement: Engaging at the C-level in customer organisations.
