Reporting to: CEO OfficeOverall PurposeThe RTX Business Manager (UK) will lead the candidate lifecycle for the Regent Talent Exchange programme, with primary responsibility for recruitment, selection, placement, and visa compliance. The role ensures high-quality candidate outcomes and successful placements, while maintaining full compliance with US immigration requirements. This position requires strong operational leadership and close collaboration with US counterparts to ensure global alignment and programme excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Recruitment & Selection
- Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies
- Manage outreach, screening, interviews, and selection processes
- Ensure candidate quality, readiness, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Lead matching between candidates and host companies
- Ensure alignment between candidate goals and opportunities
- Oversee onboarding and pre-departure processes
- Monitor progress and resolve issues
- Manage US J1 visa processes
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- Act as main point of contact for candidates
- Ensure a high-quality participant experience
- Address challenges proactively
- Work with US teams to align pipelines
- Ensure smooth candidate handover
- Share insights to improve outcomes
- Track recruitment and placement KPIs
- Produce reports for leadership
- Drive continuous improvement
- Support marketing initiatives
- Represent RTX at recruitment events
- Contribute to programme development
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, programme management, or international education
- Strong candidate-facing experience
- Knowledge of US visa processes (J1)
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in international internships or mobility programmes
- Familiarity with compliance and audit processes
- Experience in client or candidate-facing programme roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong ownership and organisation
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and project tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in visa/immigration compliance
