Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity to join Experian as a Risk Management Graduate.
Risk and Control management is all about identifying risks to business activities and implementing controls to prevent these risks from occurring. It's an important role to ensure we meet the expectations of clients, consumers, regulators and shareholders.
Reporting into the Head of Risk Strategy, you will work as part of the team responsible for driving transformation, performance improvement and project execution across Experian's AI Risk Management and Enablement programme.
You will:
- Support the design, documentation and ongoing maintenance of Experian's AI risk and enablement frameworks.
- Partner with policy owners to support the monitoring, review of the Global AI Policy and related guidance, tracking developments, gather inputs and keep documentation current.
- Help translate AI policies, standards and external regulatory expectations into practical guidance that teams can apply in delivery environments.
- Review AI‑related use cases, assessments and proposals, identifying where risks are acceptable, where mitigations are required, and where escalation is appropriate.
- Contribute to governance materials, briefings and decision papers that support engagement with senior partners.
- Use approved AI technologies to create efficiencies in analysis, documentation and ways of working.
- Stay informed on the latest AI technologies, regulatory developments and industry standards, building awareness of how these changes may affect risk management practices.
- Develop your understanding of risk and control frameworks, in the context of a complex global business, and gain exposure to senior leaders across all regions.
We will support you to build confidence operating in areas of ambiguity, where AI technology and regulation are evolving. Over time, you will develop a clear understanding of how governance, technology delivery, regulatory expectations and our priorities intersect.
You will work on documentation so it's critical you are a clear writer, with an ability to simplify complex topics to non-specialist audiences.
This role is particularly suited to graduates who are curious about Artificial Intelligence and how new technologies can be used safely, responsibly and in line with regulatory expectations.
