This work will support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and wider decision-making, helping to identify areas for improvement to better protect our customers and Shawbrook Bank. The role may also support control testing activity where required.

A key aspect of this role will be to identify thematic areas for improvement across the risk and controls environment and while eliminating duplication. Enhancing efficiency by removing manual effort and identifying areas for systemisation and AI integration will be a key focus.
