This role introduces dedicated expertise to bring together greater insight, coherence and governance to how we manage programmes and processes globally. About the Role

The role has broad, hands-on exposure and is positioned to bring high, meaningful impact to the People function and the firm. The role holder is expected to collaborate extensively with other Group People functions, Finance, Operational Leads and wide range of regional and local stakeholders.

With a global remit that focuses on non-Partner colleagues globally, this role is based in London and reports to the Group Head of People Operations. Key responsibilities will include the following:

Reward Strategy & Governance

  • In partnership with regional teams, advise and influence on developing and embedding  global reward principles in line with firm strategy.
  • Lead and manage benchmarking and pay positioning exercises across regions.
  • Partner with Finance and regional People and leadership teams to help coordinate salary and bonus governance and processes globally
  • Partner closely with group and regional people teams to ensure strong alignment between performance management and reward outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of on latest pay-related regulations across regions (such as pay transparency laws), and work with regional teams to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and recommend corrective action where applicable or required.

Performance Management & Governance

  • Collaborate closely with group and regional People and Operational teams to support the delivery of the firm’s performance appraisal and calibration processes, ensuring consistency and transparency in the process.
  • Analyze performance outcomes and provide insight to inform talent planning, leadership development and reward decisions.

Global Mobility

  • Support the implementation of global mobility framework and secondments programme management that aligns with workforce planning and firm strategy.

Insight & Reporting

  • Analyze and provide clear reward reporting for People function, ExCo and Board.
  • Partner with regional teams and Finance on modelling, cost control and scenario planning

What We're Looking For 

  • Proven experience from working in matrixed People teams, in a role focused on reward, benefits and mobility, ideally in client facing, partnerships or professional services business models as an individual contributor
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and People policy frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics to a range of audiences and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Curious and continuously learning, with a solution focused mindset
