Leads financial and corporate communications advice for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications clients, including capital markets activity, financial results, M&A, activism, and crisis situations. Advises senior executives and boards, manages client teams, develops industry relationships, drives business development, mentors colleagues, and contributes thought leadership on TMT issues.

Manage Brunswick’s global transfer pricing framework, including policies, Master and Local Files, compliance, intercompany arrangements, calculations, invoicing, forecasting, audits, and tax authority responses. The role advises on international tax changes, coordinates with finance teams and external advisers, monitors OECD and local requirements, improves processes and controls, and supports wider international tax projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage client relationships and smaller engagements within Brunswick’s Investor Brand practice. Coordinate strategists, designers, writers, producers and other specialists; translate client needs into briefs, actions and decisions; manage schedules, budgets, scopes, risks and approvals; and support senior colleagues on larger programmes. Contribute to proposals, pitches, account plans, pipeline updates and new business activity, while identifying client opportunities and supporting corporate brand, identity, creative, communications and related projects.

Manage end-to-end delivery of in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings and events. Lead client relationships, price and run projects, oversee production technology, resource teams, and drive growth of the Live offering.

Enable firmwide adoption of generative AI by embedding with teams, providing user support, delivering workshops, creating guidance and communications, evaluating AI tools, and gathering feedback. The role translates technical capabilities into practical business workflows, supports senior stakeholders, tracks adoption barriers, and contributes to tool rollout and optimization. International travel is required as needed for training and team support.

Advise listed and private clients on high-stakes financial communications including activism, M&A, IPOs, earnings, and crises. Deliver client materials, manage workstreams, mentor junior staff, engage stakeholders (investors, media, regulators), and support business development across global teams.

The Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Engineer will design and implement strategies to enhance operational resilience and recovery capabilities across Brunswick's global technology infrastructure.

The Associate will advise TMT clients, manage workflows, coordinate teams, engage with media, and drive business growth while developing junior team members.
